mill money is hard to come by.

99% of the discoveries cannot sell out.

I tend toward small is beautiful might make a mine in bull markets. but I got caught in a bureaucratic nightmare with unrealistic investors and too much politics. you need the money then you can find the mine.

same thing happened in the 70's with a hopeful crowd and weak gold prices. one spike and some mines got started, (Scotty et al), but few prospered because of sky high interest.

The climate is better now to make money as we have fair gold price and weak interest, but shattered economy and shell shocked risk takers. Still the atmosphere for building small and medium sized heap leach etc is better than ever. one fertile field for HL is kinda dicey now as it is politically risky, Mexico. SW States has tightened up land availability and reg wise. Canada is not much of a bet because of regs and costs. Quebec probably still good. few countries have good politics, taxes and lead times.

KGI has a chance of making money now. Troubles coming every day underground however.
