For pfds, Quantum always has links to ex-div dates - quantumonline.com

Use CEG-A as the format.

Seemed like it ought to be easy to find ex-div date for something with symbol DRU. Turns out I can't find the date either though -g-.

It's not Dominion Resources (symbol D), but rather some apparently newly issued Dominion hybrid or preferred thing. I don't see it mentioned at Dominion's website. Without reading filings, I wouldn't even know if or when div might be declared. I've no interest in researching further.

Plenty of sites offer ex-dates for common stocks. Quantum's the only site I know of to check for ex-dates for preferreds. If it ain't there, I don't know where.

This site is very good for xdividend dates for stocks.
earnings.com

The only one I know for preferred series is
quantumonline.com

It looks like DRU started trading sometime in the middle of June 2009.
Dominion Res Inc Va New ENH JR NT A 64
NYSE: DRU

Is this a hybrid security? I might have interest but the common now yields 5.2% and is classified as a "qualified" dividend and has a 15% max tax. Hybrid and preferred series are taxed as ordinary income rates.
