This the never ending argument about insider / outsider selling.

Heck, insider or outsider, everyone is into this game to make a buck. Plus not everyone is sitting on mountains of cash or has a huge steady cashflow / income. So, once in a while paper needs to be converted to cash. Just like people cash in their GIC's from time to time. Where is the difference?
