If the product is good, they could announce a buy back after some
recovered funds....I really don't care aboput a buy back...didn't mean
to shake you. I just meant...any news...although with their earnings they could make a buy back...and even profit greatly from it.

Are you saying that their earnings don't reflect a buy attitude?

If so is true they could buy and then sell at their need....what would
be the problem? Do you think it would be better to just sink? As a
stock you have not been very bullish and I understand that. However,
is a show of faith....real bad.?..Hell...I think they would make it back real fast!

Just me!

CYMI Cash & S-T Investments $167 million as of 9/30 vs. $30 mil 6/30

CYMI has an absolute Rock of Gibraltar balance sheet that could easily be used to buy back 1 million shares in a heartbeat without even missing it. You might see this happen too!

Please refer to CYMI's balance sheet for *real* *actual* information about its huge cash and short term securities position.
www1.newsalert.com

CYMI has 3.6 million shares of short interest, which is an unprecedented level for a high-growth, high-profit company with a thin float. Remember to ask your broker to take physical delivery of your shares to hit them where it hurts.

Capital demands to grow the business for working capital (ie receivables, etc.) are insignificant to CYMI's cash position.

Good Luck To Each And All

The bond holders are not the only shorts and certainly not the
majority. The shorts were present prior and remain. The short interest
reported does not accurately represent the actual short interest. I for one do not believe that MS or Mont ever had the amount of stock
used to lower the bid every day...they couldn't.

Then there is the disturbing matter of the stock nearly but never
exceeding the money of the largest call positions. "Naked calls"
Dragged up and down with volatility...keeps ya in...knowing it could
jump at any moment....ahhhh...damn...fell back just before expiration.
The volatility kept the premium up. The price of the sale? Nothing.
The stock never existed!! They drag many issues to the plate...but
never score....all naked calls.

Look at the float...then the short interest....then look at the open
interest of calls and puts, Leaps included! Then you see the real amount of phoney "naked" stock out there.
