There are any number of reasons the WHO study is bogus. These are just a couple. Even if you throw out my argument as to life expectancy, you can manipulate the WHO study to get whatever result you want by merely changing the weighting factors assigned to the six or so basic metrics that were used.

One fact you can't manipulate is that our system costs a lot more and covers fewer people.
