The tax cuts are the only part of the stimulus bill that one can say ANYTHING positive about, and certainly, are the only part of it having any "stimulative" effect.

But the reality is that these cuts are largely more welfare -- giving ANOTHER $500 to anyone making under 20K, and $650 to those making between 19 and 38K.

You're talking your book again. There is absolutely no proof that tax cuts work. Move on.
