We libs are not mean. Pete Seegers and Bill Moyers, our spiritual leaders, good god, They are lambs-lol I know. bless your hearts. that's why I luvs y'all. I had to be trained how to deal with humans. to hit only to protect. and not to hit someone once I had them down. When my mother had to speak to me after my latest fight at school (there were very many), she would quiz me... what happened, what did the person do, did you beat them or just hit them to stop them then pull back... she was a good trainer. clever, really. I was not allowed to hit in anger. I was not allowed to hit for gain. Only to defend someone (or myself), but even then there were limits. Once I'd landed them to the ground, no more. that also taught me to look with distain on those who relish beating others, who are bullies. And SI is full of them, though they use words. The only time I got in real bad trouble with my father was when a neighbor boy who was a nerd was taunted by the kids in the neighborhood. I joined in one day and he saw me. He was shaking, he was so upset. "you shouild have defended him, not joined in". I was so ashamed. anyways... not as 'fun' a song, but I likes it... youtube.com
