I will give you some comfort. I have looked at a few of these emails citing page numbers and I did not find any to be entirely accurate. Some of the claims of Betsy McCaughy (sp?) are wrong but she is partially right. What is most frightening is that the bill creates a lot of regulatory power in existing or newly created beauracracies which sweeping powers and wide discretion. It is impossible to read the bill and see what might emerge. Basically they are asking us to trust them. You know how I feel about that. lj
