Amazing that there is no delay back in Reagan's time yet now 6 months into Obama and high speed puter money printing, $23.7T up in smoke and it's still Bush's fault.

perhaps look at a longer term chart, of us debt vs gdp..went on moon launch, yes, starting with Reagan but continuing thru all presidencies since 1980...so none of these regimes changed course...and ask what makes the unlimited debt growth possible...it is the fiat money that allows it to keep growing, which happened in 1971.

much too simplistic to point finger at reagan (and im not republican, or democrat either)...almost all politicians have looted us for decades by means of fiat money...and most of us are happy to support this view, and in fact, most of us vote against anyone who opposes this looting (eg, Ron Paul)
