Re: "do you think those people are faking or are they really angry?" Questions: WHICH 'people'? And, 'faking' WHAT? (Faking that they live in some local community --- when they don't? Faking that they are 'grass roots' constituents of the particular Congressman who's public meeting they appear at and disrupt when in fact many are not? Faking by --- like the infamous "Brooks Brother's Riot" of the Bush/Gore recount --- neglecting to tell anyone that they are paid political operatives, Congressional staffers and industry lobbyists and such?) Basically, 'faking what' is the question? And, not to waste any time here... I'm SURE that many of those who have showed up to protest (often quite loudly <g>) at these public forums are in fact local citizens (though certainly NOT ALL), even though they may have been 'activated' or otherwise incited by one of the industry lobbying organizations that are online sponsoring these "just say 'no' protest assemblies".... Just as I am EQUALLY CERTAIN that anyone who shows up just to YELL and SCREAM at the top of their lungs and PREVENT anyone else from speaking or even getting a word in at these public forums. (And who, in actual fact, has the goal of PREVENTING these public meetings and discussions from happening) cares not one whit about "free speech"... when their aim is actually to prevent public speech and open, civil discussions.
