I thought perhaps not, with things you've said of diet changes. I've found I like the enchiladas just as much with corn tortillas.

I'm trying to eat less flour, which has been a challenge for me. A frozen dinner or a sandwich keeps me going in my 'non-eating' phases. And I must have cheese & tomato sandwichs when the tomatoes are ripe off the vine. oat bread, that's it. duh.

I've started making a granola that calls for oats/brown sugar/honey/oil/water. I've cut out the sugar and oil, and it tastes just fine. Add dried fruit to taste, or fresh in season.
