The original Bob's Big Boy is still in operation here in Toluca Lake, CA. Nothing has changed except they don't have the car hops anymore.

They closed the last remaining Big Boy in Denver some time ago. Not sure, but it may have been the only one in the area. I remember driving clear across town as a teen on a double date just to get a Big Boy. It was a gathering place for many.
