Too expensive to live?

Responding to an article at Salon, James Kushiner describes what bothers me the most about the proposals for nationalized health care.

Why don't you fukkers talk about the cost of being policemen to the world; having a defense budget equal to the rest of the world? How come you fukkers are only concerned when the money is spent on health care and not bombs? How come, you deceitful evil little people? How come?
