yeah? try this one on for size. Sliced tomatoes. Fresh from the garden. Basil and Balsamic Vinegar sprinkled over the slices and chilled for ten minutes. Grate parmesan over the chilled slices and broil for two minutes. Broil halved zuchinni fingerlings with flowers attached. Sprinkle parmesan over the flowers and broil till the cheese melts. Fresh tail section of king salmon. Tail about six inches across. About a two pound section. Flash fried in olive oil with lemon, soy sauce, ground mustard with chili peppers sauted. Save about 3/4 for tomorrow lunch and dinner. Rocky Ford cantaloupe for dessert. Fifteen minutes prep time tops. Tonights fare. Typical on the Hill menu.... except for late night munchies time. Then its peanut butter and jelly. About 1 am.... either way.... i am staying home as well.... the work is done. now it's enjoyment time.
