thank you Gary, I had missed that. this Komatsu deal about the better performing laser. Angus stated that even though Komatsu has claimed this for three years they have not delivered. It was also stated that the one laser that Komatsu did deliver was returned to them. Angus informed me that even if Komatsu were to develop a better laser it would take them three to five years to inculcate the market at which time Cymer will have already introduced the Argon Flouride system (ready by year-end). It was mentioned by a bear that "all the laser specialists have left this thread" implying that the Komatsu deal is for real. Why do these bears like hiding in a closet. If they've got something to say, they can say it. Stop hiding boys and girls. We're able to take the horsehair along with the lambs wool. where did the specialist go and the other techies anyway?
