Who is responsible for the 100-200,000 deaths caused by hospital mistakes..????

One, you pulled the numbers out of your ass. Two, which is it - 100K or 200K? Three, what does that mean in a country of 300M +? Four, how many die as a percent of the population in other countries due to similar FU's and how does that compare to here?
