If you believe Shep and Chris we have hordes of bad doctors in America and they're working for PPO's. Though what putting these guys on the government payroll would do to improve them, they never say. They just feel compelled to trash everything in sight. Here's an interesting health reform idea I thought of. Preventing perverts like Chris who only have sex when they buy it or trade dope for it from donating blood. Rather than build a bureaucracy or incur expensive blood testing costs, we should go the simple route and brand people like Chris. Something like "Warning: Bodily Fluids Likely to be Toxic" on each arm.
