MENV.OB is not very liquid, so a split could help in that regard. More likely, just trying to make some waves. But the penny players love this sort of thing, so I am playing it with them. I just played AMNE.PK, which did a 5 for 1 forward split, and the day after the record date it opened double the prior closing price.
