Of course not. You want to be told you are too old for a particular procedure. You are happy taking the pill to help the Treasury's bottom line on healthcare expense. I am willing to bet all policy payment to a public insurance plan go directly to the General Account as does Social Security. Then it will be spent and of course an IOU to the Healthcare plan will be written. lol Just like Al Gore's "locked box". ;^)
