Oh bummer! I remember 1948 not only was it the warmest August but there was a snow blizzard Thanksgiving day. The most snow ever for a thanksgiving day. Now that is "Climate Change"? Most likely do to all the coal that was being burned then. Even the Gas burned for cooking and heating fuel was made from coal. Very few had natural gas yet. There weren't many pipe lines either.
