That is more citizen-serfdom! The individual is a cash cow for those in power, not the employer of those in power [the theoretical power of democracy notwithstanding, which merely means the winning mob enslaves the losing mob].

Tradable citizenship is the way to go. Serf owners and slave owners are always reluctant to turn their chattels loose. It's amusing that people who rant on about their "freedom in the West" live highly circumscribed lives devoted mainly to providing cash flow for those able to get their noses in the trough.

"Live Free or Die" as sloganized in New Hampshire, is a joke.

Freedom is expanding in Cook Islands with more Zenbu zones there. zenbu.net.nz Put "Rarotonga" in the search box. Now they need some optical fibre under the ocean and a Globalstar gateway up the mountain. Then swarms of Geeks could set up shop there to run cyberspace. As you know, some Pacific Islands are very nice places to be.
