Enemies was a bad word, but was the only way I could think of to make the point. Potential to end the world as we know it, with a full scale thermonuclear war. We should have been putting our money into resarch addressing the technological threat China poses and the blatant cold war threat Russia poses. And they are both dictatorship/oligarchy's. Iraq was a safe war for a dull elitist sociopath with a bent for power and money, only. He was sort of like a guy robbing a bank and not being careful.
