10 Fold! I will say this in a partial defense. The US Postal Inspectors are a top notch Law Enforcement agency. The rest seems to suck and I don't know why. I may be the grand authority given the individual Postmasters, however, I am not certain. My youngest brother has worked for the Postal Service for at least the last 20 years. From what I understand from him, the USPO management is entrenched and seems to promote only those who are adept at kissing ass and making existing management look good. From what I have seen, it's a very frustrating, stressful work environment.
