At least I respect their knowledge and experience and valuable contributions to this thread. Taxi, Sorry to disagree with you my friend, but the fact of the matter is anybody who dreams to be a CEO can become a one. Provided he is willing to set goals and work on his dream. It sounds weird, but in the last retreat that I had attended at work, that's exactly what our manager asked us to do, "CEO Role Playing." Amazingly enough, a lot of good ideas poured in.
