Why is that question relevant? There are plenty of places besides the Cleveland Clinic that are fine. "Fine" isn't the same as the fine as anywhere in the world. "Fine as anywhere in the world is limited to the elete few. Why is it relevant? Because you claim people are coming here from all over the world to get treated. But they are rich people going to the Cleveland Clinic, not Peoria General Hospital. Pretending to judge the entire system by the very top hospitals is disingenuous at best.
