Al, it's the same old thing. When confronted with something that challenges your liberal view, you always run away and bring up stuff that has nothing to do with the discussion. Then when called out on it (e.g. "ABB), you declare victory claiming that it's the other side who's running away from the argument. Result: You end up blaming others for your own shortcomings. It could be 250 pages, if they used normal fonts and spacing. I get the impression that they do not want this stuff to be easily read. Properly made .pdfs usually have a hyperlinked table of contents on the left margin. That would make it just too easy for someone to understand. A good way to read it is put in a keyword and use the search function. Anyway, once you start reading, it is mostly gibberish. The government would have to employ another million people to adminster this stuff - Obama job creation.
