They're lengthening the time but decreasing the intensity. Overall it represents a smaller presence at the bidding window, and the bond vigilantes are beating them up over it. Without Ben's smiling visage on the bid, those puppies are going DOWN!<NG>

Given the kick of the 30-year yield can down the road another month, and given the slippage in TBT, I'll wait another month to start loading the boat.
