You are correct, I did not notice that I was looking at 2008 unemployment. No problem Hugh, everybody makes mistakes. That's why we are all so tolerant on this thread. And because it is not as socialist, it will rebound faster. Mixed blessing, eh? Many say if we didn't have 'big government' then this catastrophe would have certainly turned into a '30's type depression. But because the government employs so many people and can deficit spend, we didn't descend into hell like we would have in the 'old days'. Good or bad... you decide.
