Hi William, I agree with you all the way. I have no intention of getting involved with these people again, but I will not sit here and let them be the only ones to post their misinformation to this thread. With the exchange I had from Feb. 26th to June 22nd of this year, I made it an absolute priority to attend the shareholder's meeting and did so. I took my questions and I got my answers. The biggest shock to me of the day was that one of the attendees at the meeting and a shareholder is a competitor. Now you tell me why a competitor would invest in NVID if it were a SCAM!!! Later, I asked that question and I was told that present management has no problems with competitor (as former mgmt. did) and present mgmt. has a different attitude and working relationship with same. I was glad to hear that and I definitely felt it was a true statement. I felt it was very good for NVID. After reading this thread the last few days, just waiting for the curtain to go up and see what would be posted after the meeting. I was amazed and amused at the misinformation, as well as opinions, given. Andrew Arata is no longer an employee of NVID. He is a consultant with regard to the ionization product and will also work in the area of trying to get AXEN marketed and the sales end of AXEN. He is an interest holder in Environetics who will provide the ionization product to NVID. If you will recall Randy Federspill said there were three patents being worked on. Two AXEN and one ionization product. This was stated at meeting. It is HIS invention and I as a shareholder of NVID would not expect anything less from him. I met Andrew Arata and I did find him to be very knowledgable of the product and water purification and discussed with him some of the benefits that AXEN may provide solutions for, especially in the veterinary area as well as general areas for the public and industry. I saw AXEN. I poured some on my fingers and felt the consistency of same and I also smelled it to see if it had a definite odor. AXEN does exist. You can believe me or not. After meeting him, I will not accept as fact, what has been posted regarding him. Diana Korpal is no longer an employee of NVID. Present management cut the expenses of NVID and Mike Redden and Dave Larson are the only ones with NVID. Information regarding her nursing education is erroneous. I spoke with her also and I feel she answered my questions honestly. I like, William Brotherson, want to see PROOF, PLEASE! Aquionics was sold and Dave Larson said that was a reasonable decision. It will save money for NVID and also cut their expenses. It was also stated there was an agreement that NVID could go back to manufacturing their own equipment anytime they chose to. Patent Information: NVID hired a Patent Attorney named Mr. Frehoff. He was at the meeting and spoke to the group. I will not go into much of what he said. Most inventors know they need a patent to protect their idea or invention; however, I would venture to say that they do not become involved with the material necessary to accomplish same. Most hire a patent attorney to do this for them, they usually explain the workings of getting a patent and advise them what is required to file to accomplish same and THEY get documents ready to file correctly for completion of patent. Why would it be necessary for Mr. Arata to study patent office material when someone has been hired to pursue patents for his inventions and correctly do so to protect him and his inventions? Good business sense? I think sooooo. Mr. Freholff spoke to us and told us what he was doing and gave us an idea when dates would occur. This is shareholder information only as far as I am concerned. When it occurs news releases will come forth I believe and I do not expect that to happen until it occurs and can be made public knowledge. The opinions stated regarding this and Andrew Arata are unblievable to me. I intend to ignore the source. It is my considered opinion that comments made regarding Kerry Goodson, Raleigh Baughman and Randy Federspill as touting the virtues of Klenovic and Bunte spew a "sour grapes" attitude because he could not cripple or kill this company as he stated he wanted to see happen; and, in my humble opinion, totally uncalled for by a person claiming to be an investment advisor to the principals of his own firm. In my humble opinion, he keeps coming back to comment and shows more interest in this company than would be expected and is still trying to accomplish his goal, in my humblest opinion yet. I intend to ignore his information regarding new management also. I have been reading SI posts for almost twenty months now and there are those that have posted on this thread as naysayers that have posted on other forums and touted other stocks and the people involved in running them and associated with them just as much. Funny, but those companies have their problems too. They have also stated they talked with the CEO and were close. It is all over these boards if you take the time to go look and read them. Yes they do state their opinions as facts. Thank you William for being the honest person you are and standing up for what you believe and making the request that you did. After asking my questions and meeting the people involved, with the exception of Sheffield who had to resign to support his family, I continue to be extremely skeptical of the information posted to this thread. I hope that all follow that rule explicitly and beware of people with misinformation and those that hype. The terms of hype are easy to distinguish from good information when you learn to recognize the "buzz words written". Let me finalize by saying that I was told that present management would be happy to discuss what has transpired SINCE they became mgmt with ANYONE, shareholder or potential shareholder, so do your own DD and ask your own questions. They answered everything I asked and I was satisfied enough to stay invested and see what transpires in the coming months. I intend to let them try to turn this company around and make the shareholders who hung in there glad they did. Only time will tell and I will tuck this stock away and wait, AGAIN. P.S. I was told that Eric Savage was not at the meeting and I know that Mike Pollack was not, tho he definitely has not said that he was there. Eric in his post made it sound like he was there. Minutes of the meeting were taken by a stenographer, using equipment like a court reporter uses, so information of what was said is recorded, verbatim. Also, attendees were requested to sign in and I did not see either of their names on the list after the meeting was over and I personally looked for Eric's since he has stated he was a shareholder. No one voiced an exception to the meeting being adjourned until November ll, 1997 when it was stated why a quorum would not be reached. There are those on this thread that now know me and I will continue to communicate with them, but I have talked with some who have received hate mail because they are investors and I do not want to deal with that kind of ugliness so my email address is still unavailable. I am still of the opinion that the TRUTH will surface. Believe me or do not believe me, you have the the same choices, the same rights I have. Still championing people's rights and always will. nhaynes
