I have 2 handicapped children I want to inherit this estate from me and their mother. I've got to give everything to them. I can't take on a new wife.

Very well said Carolyn! We've discussed the same thing, and woiuld fully expect the one who was left to decide to continue living their life as they can....We have no children left to raise, so anytime after a proper amount of time (perhaps a year) to gather up the pieces and then continue with living. Neither of us want the other to just wither on the branch...Besides, we both have full faith that our souls continue living.
