Matty, that big ole E at the end means they are delinquent in required filings with the SEC. Not always a good sign...

(they also trashed 22% of their workforce last Aug, and to quote al-len, another 78% left to go, before they start making some "REAL" money)

Other than that, if you bot in for a buck, you might have gotten in at the bottom.
