try decades. try 4 or 5 decades.

omega 6s aren't completely bad in the same way that bad cholesterol isn't completely bad (you'd die without it). so the study details really don't reveal much unless we know what else they were eating. or what inflammatory conditions they suffered from, if any, prior to supplementation.

the japanese have an AA/EPA ratio of 1.5 and they are the longest lived people with highest longevity (life - disability).

americans are relatively sickly and their AA/EPA is in the 15+ range.

when i lowered my AA/EPA ratio and reduced my activated delta-5-desaturase, my life long allergies (inflammatory condition) disappeared. i never went more than 12 months without being so sick due a cold that i missed work. i'm on 30 months right now and counting.

i started to become healthy like the healthiest people on earth - the japanese.
