I am now convinced you are short this stock, to raise this crap as some kind of threat to IPM. Any idiot would know the case will have been proved or disproved well before it would ever come to trial, when the independent verification results are released.

Of course, when Behre Dolbear and Bateman verify IPM's numbers, I suppose crazy Bernie could also name them as defendents also.
