Probably not. The tsars can take care of that, when needed. It's probably one of the unintended consequences.

The real big problem we're having is that because of this internet thing we the people started reading he bills. Big mistake! Just trust your elected representatives.

I think it's worse than that. Aren't the dealers required to immediately disable the traded in clunker with a chemical poured into the transmission and engine?

If the deal falls through...somebody is out for the clunker.

Some of these clunkers aren't all that clunky.
