There's an easier way. Each weekend we open the Canadian border and they follow our example of letting illegals have free access.

Problem here is that there would no longer be any reason to buy insurance before the day you develop an expensive problem. Those healthy people who mistakenly keep paying premiums would pay the bills for all the sick people.

It's hard to believe any thinking person would seriously consider this option.
