I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with the head of the Philladelphia schoo system. It was an absolutely eye opener. He stated that E School was everything he has been waiting for. I also had a institutional investor on the phone asking questions. He said the k through 12 had access to the internet but no one was using it. We asked if the product is really unique. He said there is nothing like it. You can put three lets call them tv screens on one computer screen. The teacher, the subject, and the chat area. He says there is one company who has two. He has spent 210,00 so far with 2500 terachers. He said there are 13,000 teachers in Philly. It is like aol who charges 20 dollars amonth. ACTV charges 50 dollars aperson per year. They should have by end of next year 7500 hundred on line. Remember there are 120,000 school districts.r.
