"Seniors are going to bring Obama down from his ivory tower"

...the seniors that aren't homeless or soon to be homeless.

..........................

i am troubled regarding the future for senior citizens in america with fixed incomes. i am seeing no discussion by politicans, looking out for the best interests of the elderly. if and when significant inflation hits america, the elderly will be the first to suffer very very badly.

Jake, Bush's prescription drug coverage (Part D) was enacted without paying for it. Now, some wealthy seniors and affluent seniors get their prescriptions paid for by Medicare. Lets reduce the deficit by making them absorb some of the cost. Other middle class seniors like myself could well afford to pay more than $100 per month for their Medicare coverage. This would help reduce the deficit.

You probably recall that Kenneth wrote that if payroll taxes were decreased, he would only then be able to provide his one employee with health insurance.

The bad thing about Kenneth is that he is dishonest.
