oh come on! one thing you won't get from me is prevarication. Unlike many on this thread. the class is the shareholders. It was filed in Phoenix on August the 4th in Federal Court. The other was filed in Maricopa Superior court on Oct 15. What trouble..? Does this relate to the death threats that the CEO of IPMCF was alleged to have made against a plaintiff? Cute. How long will God fearing decent people in America let these gansters get away with this kind of arrogant intimidation? Do you people have minds of your own?
