Today could be a pivotal day in this regard.

Junk bonds down sharply despite a strong rally in treasuries.

Vastly improved confidence in the viability of the issuers has brought the spreads dramatically lower. See no reason for this to change soon. Wasn't long ago that even major corporations had trouble selling short term commercial paper.So we've come a long way back.
