"Very high" LOL! That's one of the understatements of the year! Isn't it in the trillions of dollars Kenneth? No, that means Medicare like all other gov't programs is being mismanaged. How long do you think a business would last if they operated like that. Now you expect the gov't to also manage a nationwide healthcare program?! LOL! Give me a freaking break. The U.S. gov't couldn't operate a one person taco stand to a profit on the Texas border for crying out loud!
