The British have had socialist National Health Care since 1948. Yet, somehow, Stephen Hawking, despite being a VERY expensive laibility, WAY before he had achieved anything, has been cared for by the system since his birth. HOW did he avoid their "inevitable" ( according to you ) cost cutting "death panels"?
