The choice, under Medicaid, would be to continue receiving care or to decline it and receive, in cash, the present value of the expected lifetime benefits that you would have received, had you continued to use the system. My post had to do with passing on the cost benefit of High technology. But now that you raise your, can you point me to where you got the above information from. That is not what I am reading in the bill in that people would be paid to die.
