Some of the Blue Dogs have not been in Washington long enough to have their back home constituents fooled into thinking they are representing them. they actually have to listen to their constituents occasionally or risk being one termers.

This is especially frustrating to the Chicago mob that runs the Whitehouse They are used to telling people how it will be or they will be buried.
