What GS is to Wall St. now unions are to Gov't services.

Unions have defected from the private sector. The last place we need unions is in the gov't sector.

Unions can't fight the market. OECD labor priced themselves out of the market. They are competing with 2.5 billion people who entered the world economy, and they are hungrier than the OECD worker. Thus willing to work harder and for what the market can bear.

Wall Street is not much better since it is dealing with a commodity that is no longer scarce.

Forget about a fight capital vs labor. Both have to fight for survival as the US returns to its natural size.
