Had that issue recently with a prison inmate who was taking classes (at prison) through the local Community College. He sued, claiming his rights were violated because he was prevented from praying in class. Fact was, he could have prayed silently or he could have rearranged his class time to be able to pray at the designated times required of Muslims.

Oh, did I mention the Court dismissed his lawsuit? Not surprisingly, he's appealing.
