Yea I didn't mean to imply that the scumbags running the company were blameless. We all know they broke laws and deserve to be prosecuted, and I believe they will be at some point. If this were a larger company where millions of investors had been affected it probably already would have happened.

Also some of the mistakes I made were personal... Like taking foolish and unnecessary risks by putting too much money into a single company that turned out to be a wholesale scam.

Don't the shareholder's suits count as civil suits? I think those are pretty solid evidence that there could/should be criminal prosecutions in the works.
