This article, imo, is just about the best contribution to the healthcare debate. Very elegant solution to the pre-existing condition dilemma - a rider against pre-existing conditions should be part of the price of any policy. Very simple and fair, and it requires no input from any politician. We need politicians much less than they think we do.
