I've been watching all these car ads on TV - Toyota, Honda, Lexus, VW, Mercedes, etc., encouraging people to come in and take advantage of the clunker program. Not many Ford or GM ads. Makes me wonder how many American car dealers were put out of business recently. Bring in your American clunker and get a new foreign car. It's well known that it will be a contractor who will administer the Obamacare program. Contractors run all the other government programs - Medicare, Medicaid, Black Lung, VA, IRS, etc. I wonder if they'll allow foreign companies to compete for the contracts. Most of these companies already farm out most of the hourly work to India, China, South Korea, etc.
