Christ, you're thick.... Where did I say doctors? I said medical mistakes. Not all are made by doctors. And yes, not all doctors wash their hands when they should.

A number of years ago in New Orleans, college students posed as wash room attendants and counted the number of people who washed their hands after using the restroom.....The restroom was in a hotel holding a medical convention attended mostly by physicians... Maybe they just didn't want to drop a quarter in the attendants dish.

A sterile environment is taught in medical school.....it includes scrupulous hand washing. All hospital personnel are required to wash their hands before handling medical gear. I know you think it unnecessary based on your personal behavior....
