ITC Prelim Decision: The Market's Reaction (Overreaction) and Action Today ... ... should be interesting. In anticipation of a positive ITC decision in their infringement action against Nokia IDCC shares hit an intraday high of $31.61 before closing at $31.42. It closed Friday at $29.50 before the ITC interim decision was announced. It opened down $8 (-27%) at $21.50 this morning, dropped to $20.86 (-30.5%) and by 10 AM had recovered to $22.90 (down -$6.60 -22.37%) with the Nasdaq CI at 1,942, after recording a days high of $23.28. - Eric -
